Stability

SUPERIOR STABILITY IN ANY TERRAIN

At Hydrema, stability isn’t just a secondary factor; it’s at the heart of every single one of our products. Our well-known chassis design, derived from our larger dumper models, has resulted in something truly extraordinary. The low centre of gravity combined with a articulated chassis with a central pivot point and dual hydraulic stabilisers guarantee the operator unparalleled stability.

But it doesn’t end there. With a ground pressure as low as 83 kPa and a remarkable turning radius of only 5.1 metres, this dumper opens the door to unprecedented opportunities for efficient work, even in the most space-constrained areas.

Chassis

Articulated chassis with center pivot point, and two double acting hydraulic stabilizers. The stabilizers gives high stability when driving and tipping. The fuel and hydraulic tanks are integrated in the front frame.

Pivot oscillation +/- 12 °.

AXLES

The axles have planetary hub reduction, and separate oil reservoirs in the hubs. The front axle has an automatic limited slip differential lock, and the rear axle has a hydromechanical differential lock. The front axle has integrated reduction gear for the hydraulic motor.

Transmission

The Hydrema 707G's transmission is a key component that provides the flexibility and precision you need. With a hydrostatic transmission and the option of three driving modes:

  • Creep - max speed 7.5 km/h. This allows for precise customisation at low speed.
  • Normal - max speed of 34 km/h at 2200 rpm.
  • ECO - max speed of 30 km/h at 1900 rpm.

Provides increased comfort when travelling on the road as the maximum speed is achieved at lower engine speeds. And whether you're working off-road or on-road, the constant 4-wheel drive and cruise control deliver a seamless experience.

Transmission

The Hydrema 707G is equipped with a powerful Cummins F3.8 Stage 5 engine. This advanced 16-valve Common-Rail Turbodiesel engine is designed to deliver maximum performance while meeting strict emission standards. With electronic variable turbocharging and EGR cooling, the engine is capable of generating 75 hp (55 kW) at 1500 rpm and a maximum torque of 400 Nm at 1300 rpm. This means the 707G has the power to tackle even the most challenging tasks.

The 707G is equipped with a hydrostatic transmission that offers 100% variable speed. This transmission allows you to choose between three driving modes: Creep, Normal and ECO mode. Creep mode gives you a maximum speed of 7.5 km/h and precise control at low speed. Normal mode reaches a maximum speed of 34 km/h at 2200 rpm, while ECO mode reaches a maximum speed of 30 km/h at 1900 rpm and is ideal for road driving as it achieves maximum speed at lower engine speeds, saving fuel. So with the Hydrema 707G you get a highly powerful yet compact dump truck.

STEERING

The steering in the Hydrema 707G is a customised experience. With hydrostatic Load Sensing articulated steering, two double-acting cylinders and an impressive maximum steering angle of +/- 38°, you get precise and responsive steering. The priority valve and integrated emergency steering ensures, you're always in control, even in demanding situations. And with damping steering cylinders, your driving experience is both comfortable and efficient.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The Hydrema 707G's hydraulic system is the heart of its power and precision. With an impressive hydraulic pump that delivers 59 litres per minute and a priority valve for steering, you get optimal control over the machines movements. At the same time, the separate pump for brakes and stabilisers ensures that safety and precision are maintained in all conditions. It's a machine that combines power and finesse for outstanding performance.

SOUND LEVELS

Experience peace of mind in the operators cab! The Hydrema 707G offers a quiet working experience with only 72 dB(A) inside the operators cab. Outside the operators cab, the noise level reaches up to 101 dB(A). So whether you're inside the operators cab or near the machine, you can work in a comfortably quiet atmosphere.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM

With the Hydrema 707G you get reliable electrical performance! Our 7 tonne dump truck is equipped with a standard 24V system supported by a powerful 70 Amp alternator. The batteries consist of 2x 12V, 100 Ah, ensuring stable power supply for your needs, no matter the task.
