QUALITY AWARENESS:<\/h3>\n

At Hydrema, we are aware of our stakeholders\u2019 requirements and the legal obligations for our products and services. To fulfil these requirements and expectations, we have a quality management system that describes our way of working. We will develop the quality management system so that roles and responsibilities are clearly described and everyone can see themselves in the system. At Hydrema we are quality certified according to ISO 9001-2015.<\/p>\n

AREA OF VALIDITY:<\/h3>\n

Hydrema’s Quality Policy applies to all employees at the Head Office and production in St\u00f8vring, the production location Weimar. Hydrema\u2019s Quality Policy must be complied with by all employees in their daily work.<\/p>\n

THE PURPOSE OF HYDREMAS QUALITY POLICY:<\/h3>\n

– Is to ensure that Hydremas stakeholders are part of the policy.<\/p>\n

OUR CUSTOMERS:<\/h4>\n

At Hydrema, our customers are at the centre. We will endeavour to create a trustworthy partnership so that we can develop together with our customers.<\/p>\n

EMPLOYEES:<\/h4>\n

Hydrema employees are all familiar with the company\u2019s quality policy.<\/p>\n

SUPPLIERS:<\/h4>\n

Hydremawill as a starting point have high quality suppliers in terms of product technology, where Hydrema can benefit from knowledge sharing with the supplier. Hydrema will endeavour to build long-term value-creating collaborative relationships with key suppliers so that we can develop together.<\/p>\n

QUALITY POLICY INPUT:<\/h3>\n

Hydrema\u2019s quality is based on factual data collected through our electronic systems. This data is used to assess strengths and weaknesses. Based on this, prioritized tasks are initiated to improve Hydrema\u2019s products and system processes.<\/p>\n

QUALITY POLICY OUTPUT:<\/h3>\n

– Measurement of supplier performance
– Reduction of processing time on non-conformity cases.
– Reduction of internal and external non-conformity costs.
