HEALTH AND SAFETY AWARENESS:<\/h3>\n

Commitment is one of Hydrema\u2019s core values, expressed by the commitment to creating a safer workspace. Hydrema must be a safe workplace, where we work together to raise the focus on the working environment and strive for everyone to take responsibility for Hydrema as a safe workplace.<\/p>\n

When renovating and replacing equipment, the working environment must always be an important factor. We always strive to ensure that the employees at Hydrema are involved in the work to ensure and improve the working environment. To ensure that the health and safety policy is operational, we incorporate safety considerations and health and safety-conscious behaviour into all relevant and significant policies and strategies in the company.<\/p>\n

To ensure a proactive approach to occupational health and safety awareness, Hydrema is certified according to
ISO45001-2015.<\/p>\n

AREA OF VALIDITY:<\/h3>\n

Hydrema\u2019s Working Environment Policy applies to all employees at the Head Office and production in St\u00f8vring, the production site in Weimar, and all service departments in Denmark. Hydrema\u2019s environmental policy must be complied with by all employees in their daily work.<\/p>\n

LEGISLATION:<\/h3>\n

At Hydrema, we are committed to complying with applicable health and safety legislation and other binding obligations, including other rules and regulations concerning the working
environment.<\/p>\n

THE PURPOSE OF HYDREMAS\u2019S OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY:<\/h3>\n

– Ensure a continued good and healthy working environment.
– Everyone at Hydrema takes part in ensuring a good and safe working environment.
– A safe working environment must be a natural part of our daily work in the future.
– Promote the understanding that we all have a responsibility.
– Ensure the involvement of the health and safety organization in daily health and safety work.<\/p>\n

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY INPUT:<\/h3>\n

Hydrema\u2019s health and safety policy is based on current health and safety legislation. Where Hydrema sees it as value-creating, we will act more health and safety
conscious than the legal requirements demand. The relevant measures are added to the health and safety policy.<\/p>\n

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY OUTPUT:<\/h3>\n

– Reduction in LTFIR.
– Reduction of Major incidents
– Action plans that support the goals.<\/p>\n
