Engineered for the demanding needs of rail construction projects, the MX20G Rail Double Cab features an extended axle distance for enhanced stability and dual-mode rail wheels that easily switch between track and ground. This model introduces the innovative H-Drive™ hydraulic drivetrain, allowing movement up to 26 km/h on tracks. With an upgraded hydraulic rail system for increased pulling power and maintenance-free oil-bath brakes, this excavator sets a new standard in rail-specific machinery.
At BAUMA 2025, Hydrema is proud to unveil the H-Drive™ system, our latest innovation in hydraulic drive technology. The H-Drive™ system is designed to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our machinery for rail applications. This innovative drive system allows for smoother, faster travel on tracks, reaching speeds of up to 26 km/h, and offers increased pulling power without sacrificing the machine’s versatility on and off the rails. With its introduction, Hydrema sets a new standard in machinery mobility, providing operators with superior control and reliability in demanding environments.
Built on the robust 922G MultiChassis, the 4×4 Water Tank version is specially designed for dust suppression and other liquid transport needs in challenging terrains. This model features a 16,000L water tank and is powered by a 314 HP Cummins engine, making it ideal for mountainous regions or sites requiring heavy-duty water transport.
The 922G Hooklift model exemplifies flexibility and high performance in demanding environments. Built on the durable 922G chassis, this machine features a powerful HIAB hooklift system that allows for rapid changes of various containers and equipment, catering to different job requirements without the need for additional machinery. Designed for rugged landscapes, it retains Hydrema’s celebrated stability and traction, making it an ideal choice for construction, forestry, agriculture, and even arctic conditions. The 912GS Rail is designed for dual utility in rail and general off-track applications. This 10-ton dumper features Hydrema’s MultiTip swivel dump body, which allows for precise material placement. Powered by a 147 HP Cummins engine and equipped with a hydrostatic drive, this model transitions seamlessly from rail to road, offering versatility and reliability in rail construction and maintenance tasks.
The MX17G is the ultimate tool for urban and limited-space environments, offering high lifting power and exceptional stability without sacrificing compactness. This excavator is designed with an advanced hydraulic system that includes multiple auxiliary circuits, allowing for versatile attachments and applications. Its reinforced boom and arm promise long-term durability, and the ergonomic operator cab ensures comfort throughout long operating hours.
The DT6 represents Hydrema’s commitment to sustainability, being our first fully electric dumper designed for zero-emission operation. It offers a 6-ton payload capacity and an advanced battery system that ensures a full day’s operation on a single charge. The DT6 is particularly suited for urban and indoor projects where noise and emissions need to be minimized, featuring a cab designed for optimal visibility and safety.
The 926G combines robust power with precision to tackle a variety of tasks. It features a 147 HP engine and a hydraulically adjustable side-shift excavator arm, allowing for greater flexibility.
