„We were really surprised and couldn’t believe it, because Peter Möller has done very good business for us in the region. We were caught off guard by the decision,“ explains Sales Manager Martin Werthenbach.

„We immediately sounded out the market and realised that we couldn’t find a suitable dealer for the region. We therefore decided to serve the region, with its many very important customers, ourselves with immediate effect. The fact that the region is directly connected to our home region of Denmark, but also to our Fehrbellin branch region, also played a role in this decision,“ explains the HYDREMA sales manager.

HYDREMA will present its new strategy and the new regional manager for the North region at the NORDBAU trade fair in Neumünster in September. ‘We reacted quickly and took over the exhibition centre, where we have always been present together with our dealer, 1:1. Together with our co-exhibitors from ENGCON and ALLU, we will be representing Scandinavian expertise in one place. ALLU from Finland, ENGCON from Sweden and HYDREMA from Denmark stand for high-quality Scandinavian engineering with their products.’

ALLU develops, manufactures and sells products that offer customers added value in numerous applications for processing, separating, sorting, mixing and crushing materials. ENGCON is a leading global manufacturer of tiltrotators and related attachments that improve the efficiency, flexibility, profitability, safety and sustainability of excavators. And HYDREMA manufactures, among other things, the highly efficient city excavators that make ENGCON and ALLU equipment an extremely valuable tool for the contractor on the construction site.

„Our motto for this year is <>. Paired with the tiltrotator, which was included in the design of the City excavator from the very beginning, so that the tiltrotator control is part of the basic machine, and in combination with the high-quality hydraulic components that make the City excavator a valuable carrier machine, we show in a demonstration how only one machine can be used for all activities on a compact construction site. The most compact 20-tonne wheeled excavator on the market, the MX20G, will demonstrate in a cramped construction site environment how it can move extremely heavy construction site material, move pallets efficiently or process excavated material with the screening or crusher bucket. We prove what customers have repeatedly confirmed to us. They keep telling us that they can earn money with the HYDREMA city excavator because it is so efficient,“ says Werthenbach proudly.

By taking over HYDREMA’s sales region as a direct sales region, an additional sales region was also created. „Previously, we had four sales regions in Germany. Each of the regional managers also has their own direct sales region and looks after the neighbouring dealers. Now we have created a fifth region, which we can fill with a very experienced man. We are delighted to introduce Henning Wulff to our man in the region and offer him the opportunity to present himself to his customers together with us at the trade fair. In combination with our Scandinavian partners ALLU and ENGCON, we all claim to be premium suppliers.“

It will be interesting to see how these manufacturers present themselves, but it will certainly be a stand that will clearly stand out at the NORDBAU trade fair in Neumünster, which will once again be full to capacity.
